Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Yoga)

Vinyasa Yoga (often referred to as Yoga Flow) is a yoga practice connecting body movements with breath. Our flow incorporates sun salutations, balancing poses and floor work. We strive to make each class a little different, offering you new ways to move your body. In our classes we offer modifications for all levels of yoga students. We encourage our students to be mindful of what their body needs and what feels right for their body, in the moment.

Being mindful on your mat brings about great benefits that you can take with you when you are not on your mat. Our students tell us they leave feeling alive, energetic, flexible and sometimes surprised at what their body can do. Join us for a warm and welcoming class with energy, fun and breath.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga class typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses could include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.

 

We supply bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to assist you in finding the ultimate relaxation experience. Join us to restore, refuel and de-stress.
